US COLLEGE CLUB SOCCER TO HOLD EXPANDED USCCS PLAYOFFS APRIL 10-12 IN IRVINE, CALIFORNIA

Expanded Field Brings Together WCSA and Region V Clubs for High-Level Spring Tournament

NEW YORK (January 21, 2026) – Continuing in its mission to elevate the level of the college club game, US College Club Soccer has announced its 2026 USCCS Playoffs to take place from April 10-12 at Orange Country Great Parks in Irvine, California.

The premier postseason event for college club soccer, this year’s competition builds on the success of the long-running West Coast Soccer Association (WCSA) Playoffs and has expanded to welcome high-achieving clubs from Region V Soccer, which spans from Arizona to Minnesota.

“This event has long been a staple of the college club soccer calendar, and we’re excited to grow the competition and its footprint this year,” said USCCS Executive Director Jon Fleishman. “With qualifying clubs already covering more than half the United States, the 2026 USCCS Playoffs will bring together many of the best teams in the college club game, providing more competitive matches and bringing a national-level feel to the tournament.”

The 2026 USCCS Playoffs will offer five divisions: Men’s and Women’s Championship, Men’s Premier and Men’s and Women’s Open. Clubs qualify for the 2026 USCCS Playoffs by virtue of their finish in their respective WCSA or Region V Divisions:

Men’s Championship

- 11 WCSA & Region V Division Winners and 5 Wild Card berths

- Already qualified: Arizona State (Southwest), Colorado (Rocky Mountain), Kansas (Midwest South), Minnesota (Midwest North), Minot State (Great Plains), Montana State (Big Sky), Weber State (Utah)

Women’s Championship

- 14 WCSA & Region V Division Winners & Runners-Up and 2 Wild Card Berths

- Already qualified: Arizona and Arizona State (Southwest); Colorado and Colorado State (Rocky Mountain); Missouri and Kansas (Midwest); Utah State and Utah Valley (West Divide); Oregon State and Washington (Northwest)

Men’s Premier

- 11 WCSA & Region V Runners-Up and 5 Wild Card berths

- Already qualified: Arizona (Southwest), Colorado College (Rocky Mountain), Iowa State (Midwest North), Nebraska-Omaha (Midwest South), North Dakota (Great Plains)

Men’s & Women’s Open

- First-come, first served basis.

- Teams that have not yet secured a qualification spot to the Championship or Premier Divisions are still strongly encouraged to apply by the application deadline at end of day on March 6, either for placement in the Open Division or for consideration for promotion to the Championship or Premier Divisions via a Wild Card berth.
